Thelma was born on April 30th, 1927 in Bedford, Quebec, Canada.
She lived in Seattle and Montreal where she had her three girls.
She moved to Phoenix in 1966 with her family where she spent most of her time as a housewife.
Thelma is survived by her husband Larry and two of her three children, Sandra Levitt, M.D. and Rhonda Bannard.
She is also survived by four of her five siblings - Isabel Fisk, Elwin Wanzer, Raymond Wanzer and Rodney Wanzer.
She is preceded in death by her sister Dora Brault and her beloved youngest daughter, Gloria Levitt.
