Obituary
ROSEDALE- Teddy "Ted" Adams, 83, of Rosedale, Indiana passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute, Indiana due to complications of COVID-19, although he was vaccinated with Moderna vaccine.

He was born March 14, 1938 in Rosedale, Indiana to the late Harold "Gabe" Adams and Pearl (Stith) Adams. Ted was a 1956 graduate of Rosedale High School. He married Judy (Bisiaux) Adams on August 19, 1960. They spent 61 years together. Ted served in the United States Army Reserve 972 Combat Engr. Battalion in Terre Haute from 1960-1966 as a Spec. 4. He retired from Alcon Aluminum with 33 1/2 years of service. Ted belonged to the Friendly Grove Baptist Church in Rosedale, AAA Retirement club and the Mended Hearts of Terre Haute.

He was preceded in death by his parents, close cousins, Bill Edwards, Dick Stith, Bob Stith and Barbara Stephens; one brother-in-law Fred Bisiaux.

Survivors one son, David (Vickie) Adams; one daughter, Amy Adams Harney; grandchildren, Wes (Amber) Adams, Andrea Adams (Chad Quinn) and Dakota Harney; ex step-grandchildren, Brittany (Harney) Nikolas and Cody Harney (Kenley); great-granddaughters, Reese Anne and Demi Rae Adams.

Ted was always willing to help anyone and one of his greatest accomplishments was volunteering to help in the rebuilding of the Bridgeton Covered Bridge. As per his request and the COVID, cremation has been chosen with private graveside service by Perry Mager, pastor and friend.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 22 at Rosedale Cemetery.
