Services Planned For Mrs. Bolton Monday Afternoon.
Newkirk - Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie H. Bolton, 82, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Stahl Funeral Service here.
Burial will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery at Ponca City.
Mrs. Bolton died at Norman Thursday after a long illness.
She moved to Oklahoma from Owensboro, Ky., with her family and settled near Pawhuska. She moved to Marland in 1923 and had lived in Norman since 1946.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. G.J. Starns of Waldron, Ark.; one son, W.E. Bolton; one brother, W.H. Alexander, Newman, Ky., and a sister, Mrs. Bonnie Fuquay of Owensboro, Ky.

Maattie was born 19 Sept 1871 to William Alexander and Jane Hass Alexander in DeKalb Co., TN, USA. She moved to Kentucky with her parents. Mattie married John H. Bolton in 1893 at Owensboro, Kentucky, USA. She was a widow. Mattie moved with her daughter, Florence near Pawhuska, Osage, Oklahoma. She moved to the Marland, Oklahoma area in 1923. She was servived by her daughter, Florence Starnes of Arkansas. Mattie is survived by three brothers in Kentucky and one brother, Earl Alexander of Muskogee, Oklahoma. A nephew W.W. Ware of Handa, Texas. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery Lot No. 1.0.0.F. at Newkirk, Noble, Oklahoma under the direction of Stah Funeral Home, 200 South Main, Newkirk, Oklahoma.
