Leona Michael, 96, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 8:45 PM on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Millers Merry Manor in Hartford City, IN. She was born on Wednesday, July 1, 1925, in Montpelier, IN. She married James 'Bud' Michael on Sunday, August 31, 1952 in Hartford City, IN. Leona retired from Sheller Globe in 1987 after 32 years of service. She had also worked for the Montpelier Glove Factory, Montpelier, IN. for 11 years. She was a member of Alpha Gamma Nu Sorority and the Horse & Pony Saddle Club, Montpelier. She had resided at Millers Merry Manor, Hartford City for 3 years.
