Son of Christian Biehler (1828-1859)and Louisa Wethli/Wedley (1827-Aft. 1880). His parents were born in the Alsace region of France. He married Rosannah Raub October 22, 1874 in Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio. Together they had children Bertha Leora Biehler Emerson and Earl David Biehler. Had worked as a woodworker. Member of the First English Lutheran Church in Lorain County, Ohio for 25 years. Funeral was held at Huffmann Memorial and conducted by Rev. Dr. W. O. Kauntner.
