Oscar R. Rabel 59, of 928 Taylor St. died at 5 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital, after an illness of one month.
A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Mr. Rabel retired in 1963 from Perfection Biscuit Co. where he was employed for 34 years.
Surviving is a son, Donald E. of Silver Lake, a daughter Mrs. Sharon Whaley RR#1 Roanoke, and 3 brothers William, of Marysville, MO. and Thomas and Earl, both of Fort Wayne.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Tom Mungovan Funeral Home. Burial will be at Catholic Cemetary.
