Funeral Held For Miss Breedlove
Rites Conducted Monday Afternoon at Salem Church for Miss Ada Breedlove

Miss Ada Leigh Breedlove, 70, member of a prominent Granville County family, passed away at 7 o'clock Sunday morning at the home of her sister Mrs. Sam Holeman near Oxford on the Salem Road, where she had been ill for a month.
The funeral was conducted Monday afternoon at Salem Methodist Church at 3:30 o'clock by the Rev. J. L. Smith, pastor with interment in the church cemetery.
Miss Breedlove was a daughter of the late Benjamin Isaac Breedlove and his wife, the former Miss Celestia Hunt. She was a member of Salem Methodist Church and resided all her life in the Salem Community.
Surviving are two brothers, O.B. Breedlove and C.H. Breedlove, both of Oxford, and two sisters, Mrs. Holeman and Mrs. Carl T. Hester of Richmond, VA., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Joe Breedlove, Sgt. Roy W. Breedlove, Allie Hart, James Hart, Chas. Barker, Dan Barker and Jerry Barker were named as active pallbearers, with Mrs. Clyde Lloyd, Mrs. Landis Hester, Miss Daisy Holeman, Mrs. Bannister Royster, Mrs. Laura Averett, Mrs. E. N. Crews and Mrs. Daniel Crews in charge of flowers.
