The graveside service for Ralph L[eon] Buckley, Independence, Kansas, formerly of Leavenworth, will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Muncie Cemetery.
Mr. Buckley died Saturday night in Mercy Hospital, Independence, after an extended illness. He was born in Leavenworth, Oct. 14, 1904, the son of Robert and Carrie Olsen Buckley.
He was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Robert J. Herschbach, Joliet, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Valerie Young, Wichita; a stepson, Taylor Dienst of California; and several cousins.
