Freddie loved being outdoors, be it hunting, fishing, farming, or tending to the animals. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Doc Millsap and Nellie Scroggins Millsap; siblings: Arlene Clark, Catherine Denton, Patricia Kelly, and Jay Millsap.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sarah Millsap; children: Lee Millsap, Edward (Lisa) Millsap, Laura Jo Parker, Sarah Jo (Steven) Rogers, Billy Jo (Angel) Millsap; siblings: Betty Garner, Fran Lovelady, Jess Millsap, Charles Millsap, William Millsap, Silas Millsap; grandchildren: Makayla, Courtney, Ethan, Austin B., Dakota, Sarah, Haley, Austin J., Jalyn, and Jenn; along with several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
There will be a Celebration of Life service Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 6 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4 to 6 p.m.
