LINCOLNTON--Mrs. Erlene Baker Bowe, age 73 of 1111 Salem Church Road in Lincolnton died Tuesday, December 23, 1997, at her home. Her funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Wed at the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nathan May officiating. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Norfolk, Va. The family will receive friends following the service Wednesday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bowe was born in Lincoln County and is the daughter of the late Robert Ray and Eunice Harrell Baker. She is the widow of the late Charles Lester Bowe.
Survivors are one son, Tammy Ray of Lincolnton; two brother, Bill Baker and Johnny Baker, both of Lincolnton; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
