Julia Louise Perkins 81, of Spokane, WA passed away on September 19th, 2021. Julia was born in Spokane on March 6, 1940, to parents Lawrence and Mary Zimmerer. She graduated from Deer Park High School in 1958. After graduation, she worked as a hairstylist at Crescent Dept store and then opened her own salon in her house on Northwest Blvd. After a few years, she went to work for Darigold Dairy making cottage cheese until she retired.

Julia is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Mary Zimmerer.

She is survived by her brothers Lawrence (Ed) Zimmerer and Leo Zimmerer; her sister Linda Clarkson; her son Terry Perkins and his wife Mona Perkins; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on October 9th at 10:30 AM with graveside services following at Riverside Memorial Park at 12 PM.
