He is survived by his partner in love Cynthia McNeely of Vidor, his sisters Lisa and husband Ray Vasquez of Ruidoso, New Mexico and Pam and husband Dan Robison of Abilene, Texas, his nephew Jordan and nieces Aimee and Danielle, a son, and various cousins.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Faith Absher.
