Thelma was one of a set of twins. The cause of death was unknown. She "had not been noticeably ill."
She was the daughter of Jas and Laura Chiles, both born in Auglaize County.
She was buried in the Auglaize County Cemetery on December 5th.
The family lived at 2550 Harrison, Springfield at this time.
Note: There is a small mystery. The DC shows her mother was named Laura and James was the informant. But her twin sister's FAG page shows Sylvia as the mother. 1920 & 1930 censuses shows Sylvia as the wife of James. A family tree shows Sylvia's middle name as Lillie, not as Laura.
