Cindy passed away on September 17, 2021 after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Pasadena, TX on February 1, 1952 to George (Gobbler) and Eurcal (Dorman) Chamberlain. Cindy graduated from Sam Rayburn High School. She moved to Jacksonville in the 1970's and started working for Jacksonville Ceiling Fan Company. She also worked for a short time at Austin Bank, but retired from TDCJ. Cindy enjoyed living on Lake Jacksonville and spending time with all of her friends, family and her beloved dogs. She lived life to the fullest and everyone that knew her, knew Cindy as a "what you see, is what you get" kind of gal. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish Cindy's memory are brother, Rex Chamberlain and wife Karen; niece Tracy Chrisman and husband Todd and their children, Ty and Tobi; and nephew Brett Chamberlain and wife Jennifer and their children, Hadley, Harper and Case.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the Sadler and Austin families for their amazing friendship throughout the years.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter, or the Cancer Research Foundation.
