He was born in Cleveland, Tennessee and had resided most of his life in Ringgold, Georgia. He was a current supervisor with Shaw Industries where he had worked for over thirty years. He attended New Liberty Baptist Church in Ringgold, Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Huston and Juanita Hudson Adams and brother: Calvin Adams.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-two years: Gina Lyn Black Adams, their children: Justin (Jerrica Bowling) Adams, Katie Adams, Whitney (P.J.) Adams, great-grandson: Ronan, siblings: Reginna Fredrick, Pam Wolfe, Sheila Starks, Silvia Sutton, Beverly Davis, Steve, John, Tony, Barry, Jeff, Robert, James Adams, several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm and Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. – Thursday – September 23, 2021 in the chapel.
