Mr. Rash is survived by his wife, Ruth Wyatt Rash; three daughters, Betty Hollar, Carolyn Anderson, and Shirley Edmiston; one son, James Harding Rash, Jr.; two sisters, Nora Bishop and Madge Foster; and one granddaughter.
Burial will be in Millers Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
