Amy Robbins
Mrs. Amy Robbins of 340 Randolph St., Pomona, died Sunday in a local convalescent home following six months of illness.
Mrs. Robbins was born May 17, 1894 in Liberty, Ind. She came to California 66 years ago from Indiana and lived in Long Beach before moving to Pomona in 1913. Mrs. Robbins was a member of first Presbyterian Church, Pomona.
Surviving is a step-son, Bennett L. of Pomona; and four nieces, Mrs. Eloise McDougl of Brookings, SD;; Mrs. Rowena Bake of Winchester, Ind.; Mrs Portia Lynch of Oxfrord, Ohio and Mrs. Luanna Nosett of La Verne.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Todd Memorial Chapel Pomona. The Rev. George A Wilson, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Pomona, will officiate. Burial will be in Pomona Cemetery.
