Donnie was a U.S. Army Veteran; Retired from UPS as a shipping specialist; and a Deputy Jailor in Hardinsburg.
He is survived by his sisters, Doris Armstrong of Irvington and Delma Basham of Brandenburg; brother,Leonard (Beverly) Basham of Auburndale, FL; step-children, Nicole (Ritchie) Hittle of Irvington, James (Tiffany) Holderman, Jr. of Litchfield, Jamie (Leonard) Mattingly of Clarkson, and Crystal Fetch of Guston; several step grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 6, 2021 from 4-8:00 P.M. EDT and after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central at a later date.
