PASSED AWAY ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2003
(July 2, 1910-September 7, 2003)-Following a lengthy illness, Helen passed away on September 7, 2003. Her sisters Mary Warriner and Betty Taylor and their families, as well as her dear neighbours Tony and Antoinette Garofalo, fondly remember Helen. Helen was predeceased by her husband Jared McCutcheon. Helen graduated from the University of Toronto in 1935 and served overseas during World War ll. Upon returning home, she worked for many years at Sunnybrook Hospital. Her family would like to thank the staff at Branson Hospital and Baycrest Geriatric Centre for their wonderful care. An informal service will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Wednesday, September 10 at 2 pm to remember Helen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
