Elsie Mae Ewell, 90, of the 300 block of Thalia Station Road, a homemaker, died May 31, 1993, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Ewell was born in Princess Anne County, Va. She was the widow of Henry E. Ewell.
Survivors include two daughters, Gertie Mae Davis and Teeny Ewell Ring, both of Virginia Beach; three sons, Floyd Ewell of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Lionel Ewell and Ray Ewell, both of Virginia Beach; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Charity Cemetery, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. William Stanley. The family will be in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorial donations may be made to Creeds Rescue Squad. "
