The community was sadly shocked when word came that Wilbur Chamberlain had been badly injured in the storm. Both legs were broken and he was suffering internal injuries. At 10:30 Tuesday he passed away at the Home hospital. He was in his 43rd year, and had been in the dairy business for years. He was active in community affairs and was a good neighbor. He leaves a widow, a son and two daughters, and his aged mother. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Methodist church.
