Robert Boans, the seventeen year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Boans, of near Geuda Springs died at the family home Sunday morning at 12:40 o'clock. The cause of the young man's death was appendicitis and he was sick but a few days. A week ago Saturday he was apparently well and shucking corn for a neighbor.
The funeral services were held this morning at the home, two miles west and two miles south of Geuda Springs. Interment was in Parker cemetery.
