Sarah "Jane" Akin, 74, of Winchester, KS died at home August 25, 2021. She was born January 28, 1947 in Excelsior Springs, MO., the daughter Marshall T. and Sarah Louise Guinn Buck. She worked as a CMA & CNA for private health care services in the health care field for 50 years. She was a member of the Williamstown Assembly of God, Eagles Aerie of Leavenworth and Oskaloosa, The Moose Lodge in Attica, IN., and enjoyed volunteering for the community. She was married to Donald Reed, they later divorced. Survivors include one Son, three daughters , 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a "dear friend" . She was preceded in death by one daughter, Dorothy Louise "Dottie Lou" Reed, one brother, Thomas Buck and one sister Mary Lou Guy. Cremation services are planned.
