Ron J. Foulk, 58, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, due to complications of Covid.

Ron was born in Meadville, on October 24, 1962, a son of John and Alma C. (Miller) Foulk.

He was a lifetime member of Meadville Alliance Church where he shared his talents of singing and playing the trumpet. He often participated in musical performances of other churches as well.

A 1980 graduate of Meadville High School, Ron learned machining at the Vo-Tech and attended Edinboro University. Over the years he had been employed by several tool and die shops including Durfee's, Mear's Tool and Die, and Pennsylvania Tool and Gage. He had also driven school vans for Robinson Transportation and most recently drove medical transport for Meadville Medical Center, which he very much enjoyed.

He was a member of Saegertown Sportsman's Club where he had served as president of the Pistol Club. Ron's hobbies included fishing, weight lifting with his friends, and shooting. A lover of all animals, Ron enjoyed looking after his pet boas Rocky and King. On many occasions he took his reptiles to local elementary schools where the children were delighted to see them. His beloved Jack Russell terrier, Corky, was also huge a part of his life. Ron will be remembered for his kind spirit and will be sadly missed.

In addition to his parents John and Alma Foulk of Meadville, Ron is survived by a sister Joy Morrison (Terry) of Cochranton; a niece Shayna Morrison (fiance' Alan Dobos and his daughter Anneliese); a nephew Kyler Morrison (Amy); a great niece Ayree; his uncle Dave Miller; cousin Dave Miller and his two children Courtney Hardin and Travis Miller (Jenna); his aunt Ruth Foulk; three second cousins Julius Hardin, Myla and Marlee Miller, and his sweetie of 32 years Cindy Woolstrum of Meadville and her son Matthew Woolstrum (Crystal), and their children Kyler, Hunter and Jase Woolstrum.

He was preceded in death by a brother James "Jimmy" Foulk.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 1-4 PM and 5:30-7:30 PM and also on Monday from 10-11 AM at Meadville Alliance Church, 660 N. Main St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM with Pastor Jeff Conley officiating.
