Jackie Eugene "Jack" Ball, who resided in Alma, Arkansas, died Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born March 11, 1955, in Van Buren, Arkansas, to the late Beverly Charles Ball and Hazel Louise (Brown) Ball. He was 66 years old.
Jack was a retired police officer for the Fort Smith Police Department and served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his two children, Justin Ball and wife Angie of Tallahassee, Florida, and Jessica Elizabeth Ball of Belleville, Washington; two brothers, Kenny Ball of Alma and Eddie Ball and wife Rhonda of Crawford County; two sisters, Teresa Ball and Beverly Ball; one granddaughter, Ember Ball.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
