Funeral services for John V. Colvin, Medical Lake, will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Tri-County Christian Center at Deer Park.

Burial will be at the Zion Hill Cemetery at Clayton with Lauer Funeral Home of Deer Park in charge of arrangements.

Born in Deer Park in 1942, Mr. Colvin died Wednesday at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

A farm laborer, he lived in the Deer Park and Clayton areas most of his life. A Navy veteran, he was a member of the Assembly of God Church and the Royal Rangers.

He is survived by his wife, Nellie; a son, John P. Colvin, Medical Lake; two daughters, Laura Colvin, Fort Worth, Texas; Vickie Tojie, Wenatchee; five stepchildren; 15 step-grandchildren; six brothers; five stepsisters; and two grandchildren.
