Elnora is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Arnold D. Fannin.

Mrs. Elnora Blankenship Fannin, age 90, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland Kentucky.
She was born Friday, January 3, 1931 in Lewis County, Kentucky to the late George Blankenship and Nancy Lewis Blankenship.
Elnora was a member of Laurel Point Christian Holiness Church. She enjoyed dirt track racing, camping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandbabies.
In addition to her parents, Elnora is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Arnold D. Fannin; five brothers, George Blankenship, James Blankenship, Sanderis Blankenship, Vernon Blankenship and Thomas Blankenship; and three sisters, Rena Chinn, Geneva Blankenship and Betty Thomas.
She is survived by one daughter, Heather (Larry) Wright of Vanceburg, Kentucky; one brother, Carl Blankenship of Mt. Gilead Ohio; one sister, Margarett Chinn of Mansfield, Ohio; two grandchildren, Larry Dean Wright and Deidra Marie Wright; two great-granddaughters, Emma Grace Wright and Maya Faith Wright; along with a host of other family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Camp Dix, Kentucky with Brother Jerry Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Morgan Cemetery on Route 59 in Lewis County, Kentucky. Friends may visit after 10 a.m. until the service hour on Friday at the Funeral Home. Globe Family Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services in Camp Dix, Kentucky are caring for all arrangements for Mrs. Elnora Blankenship Fannin.
