Bradford - Bruno Buccini, 84, of Bradford passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 12, 2021.

He was born on May 26, 1937, in Bisegna, L'Aguila Italy. Son of the late Achille and Brigida Buccini. Bruno came to this country at the age of 18. He attended school in Italy and then attended night school here to learn to speak English. Bruno worked for Savoy Leather then for Lucent Technology for 40 years. He also worked part time as a waiter for 18 years at the Butcher Boy Restaurant in North Andover, MA.

He was an avid sports fan especially the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. His favorite sport was soccer which he played on soccer teams in Italy, Boston and for Lucent Technology (The ITAMS). He also was on a bowling league for Lucent Technology.

He enjoyed Sunday dinners with his family. Attending all his grandchildren's sporting events and going out to dinner on Thursdays with his friends from Lucent Technology and talking for hours. Bruno made many trips back to Italy with his wife. He was an active member of Sacred Hearts Parish and volunteered there. He was a member of the Haverhill Touchdown Club.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at Mass General Hospital for the exceptional and compassionate care given to Bruno.
