Martha June Veatch, age 88, of Americus, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Phoebe Sumter. Martha was born March 16, 1932 to the late John Lester Hurley and Nellie Tolley Hurley in Damascus, VA. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was everything to her. She also loved her church family.
Survivors include; three daughters and three sons-in-laws; also surviving are eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Carl Howard Veatch, six sisters, and six brothers.
