Lewis G. Eby, Jr., 73, of Chillicothe, died 7:12 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2007, in Adena Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Lewis was born July 21, 1934, in Chillicothe, to the late Lewis G. Sr. and Nellie Payne Eby. On June 26, 1954, he married the former Mary Frances Fuller who died Februar 17, 1961.

Surviving are a son, Michael C. Eby, of Chillicothe; a former daughter-in-law, Patti J. Eby, of Circleville; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Dozer, of Chesterfield, MO, Erica (Aaron) Sill, and Cameron Eby, both of Circleville and Christopher Miner, of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren, Madelin and Donavan Dozer; a brother, Calvin Eby, of ID; mother-in-law, Mary Frances Fuller, of Chillicothe and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Catherine Miner and sisters, Lois Ann Eby and Marie Drake. He was a retired employee of the Mead Corp. and a member of U.P.I.U. Local 731.
