Interment will be in Restlawn Park & Mausoleum. The Rev. Travis Abadie, pastor of St. Francis Regis Catholic Church, will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Marks was a native of Cecilia and a resident of Arnaudville. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for forty years.
Survivors include two sons, Edward N. Marks and his wife, Angelia, of Crown Point, LA, and Jeffery M. Marks and his wife, Jennifer, of Colchester, CT; two daughters, Lucie Ann Champagne and her husband, Larry, and Cynthia Marie Bairnsfather both of Arnaudville; eleven grandchildren, Shawn, Jennifer, Toby, Amber, Charlie, Scott, Sherra, Amy, Christina, Nathan, and John; and thirteen great grandchildren, Christian, Aiden, Olivia, Zoie, Addie, Rhett, Nehemiah, Zachariah, Piper, Elijah, Logan, Zachary, and Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John E. Marks; one son, Robert D. Marks; one daughter, Theresa Lynn Marks; her parents, Leo Arnaud and the former Hermine Hollier; one son-in-law, Kenneth Bairnsfather; five brothers, Henry Arnaud, Edward Arnaud, Franklin Arnaud, Howard Arnaud, and Bob Arnaud; and three sisters, Clarice Huval, Alice Huval and Leona Huval.
A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and will continue from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Friday.
Pallbearers will be Ashley Underwood, Toby Grabert, Shawn Grabert, Jeff Marks, Nathan Marks and John Marks.
