James Randolph Moore, 91, of Camden, AR, passed away peacefully at his son's home on August 11, 2021. Randy was a 1949 Fairview graduate and served in the United States Air Force in North Africa and South Korea. He was employed and retired from International Paper Company. Randy's hobbies were working on his farm, camping and boating. He was active in the development of the Frenchport Water Association and actively supported the Frenchport Volunteer Fire Department and served on the Board of Directors of the Mt. Horeb Cemetery Association. He loved his three grandchildren and would have them on Lake DeGray as much as possible.



Randy was preceded in death by his parents, John Chester and Mary Hale Moore; a brother, Chester Hale Moore; a sister, Mary Lou Smith Green and a stepson, Jeffrey Allen Cook. He is survived by his wife, Vada Lane Cook Moore; his daughter, Stephanie Moore (Kathy) of Hot Springs, AR; his son, Steven Hale Moore (Gail) of Camden, AR; a stepson, Kerry Cook (Jolane) of Texarkana, AR; a daughter-in-law, Cathie Christie Cook of Hope, AR; three wonderful grandchildren, Kate Cook Pranger (Mark) of Little Rock, AR, Justin Hale Moore (Fini) of Paragould, AR and Mary Cook of Texarkana, AR and a great-grandson, Bennett Pranger of Little Rock, AR.
