Loving mother of four children, passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 88. She was born on March 7, 1933, in Osseo, Minnesota, to Tom and Marguerite Scott. Harriet graduated from Osseo High School in 1951, and married Burton Holloway in 1956. They lived in Oakville, Washington, and had two sons and a daughter. In 1972, they divorced and she later married her second husband, Lester Voss, with whom she had one son.

Harriet worked for the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and enjoyed camping and traveling at campgrounds throughout the state. She was known by many park rangers due to her position at the commission in payroll. She also worked for many years as Oakville's city clerk and postal clerk, until her retirement. One of Harriet's passions was gospel music, and she loved to watch live performances whenever possible. She also enjoyed reading historical novels about settlers and homesteaders, spending time communicating with friends and family in person and on Facebook, and tending virtual crops on the Farmville game with her sisters.

Harriet was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Scott; sister, Nancy Fitch; husband, Lester Voss; and a stepson. She is survived by her sister, Shirley Van Hoover; children, Clark Holloway, Scott Holloway (Lynda), LuWana Hawley (Ron), Paul Voss (Christy); eight stepchildren; grandchildren, Jillian Holmberg (Nate), Aaron Berg (Danielle), Payton Hawley, Delaney Hawley; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
