Boland W. Clark
BIG TIMBER-Boland Clark pass away April 8, 1996, in Big Timber. He was born May 24, 1922, in Billings to Harriette and Jack (J.F.) Clark. He spent all but the first three years of his life on the X Bar A Ranch six miles above McLeod on the Boulder River. Bo build most of the cabins on their guest ranch as well as much of the furniture. Besides operating a guest and cattle ranch, he was a guide and outfitter for many years, and Slough Creek was his home.
He leaves his wife, Helen; their sons, Pat and his wife Jean, Peter and his wife, Margie; their daughter Shelley Astle and her husband, Rob; as well as grandchildren, Julia, Sarah, Kegan, Toni and Gregory. He leaves a brother, Nat and his wife, Joy; and a nephew, Mike and his wife Janna and many, many friends.
Bo's wishes were to be cremated with no services. Memorials may be sent to the Crazy Mountain Museum in Big Timber or any charity of your choice. Lowry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
