Thomas M. Bibber, "Tom", age 69, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2021, at the Lawrence General Hospital.

Tom was born in Boston, MA, on December 4, 1951; he was the dear son of the late Milton and Florence (Campbell) Bibber. Tom was raised and educated in Dorchester, MA; and a graduate of Boston Technical High School.

Tom married the "love of his life" Susan Albertini in 1987; the couple lived in Woburn for a few years before moving to Wilmington in 1995 where they raised their two boys Richie and Joshua. Tom was a very devoted father; his boys were his "pride and joy"; he was very active in coaching their sports teams for many years and when not coaching he was often found on the sidelines cheering on them and their friends.

Tom was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan who hardly ever missed watching a game; another past time that he shared with his sons. He also loved gardening and playing the guitar whenever he got a chance.

Prior to retiring, Tom, worked as an Administrator for the Verizon Company where he was instrumental in and saw many changes in the tele-communications field throughout the years.

Tom will be remembered as an all around "great guy" who loved his family and friends with all his heart. He would go out of his way to help anyone in need; family, friend or neighbor, it didn't matter he would always be there if you needed him. Tom will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.

Tom was the beloved husband of Susan M. (Albertini) Bibber, devoted Dad of Richie Bibber and Joshua Bibber all of Wilmington, brother of John Bibber and his wife Janice of Berkley, MA, the late Jane Ross and the late Priscilla Bibber, brother-in-law of Joanne and George Meers of California. Tom is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Friday, August 13th from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon followed by a Celebration of Tom's life at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington, MA.
