OBITUARY:

Ronald G. Vincent Sr., age 75, a long time resident of Marlette, passed away peacefully Monday, June 28, 2010 at his home in Marlette.

He was born July 28, 1934 in Reese, the son of the late George and Beryl (Harrison) Vincent.

He married Clara Wisenbaugh January 2, 1953 in Armada, she preceded him in death May 14, 2009.

Ron worked for Marlette Oil & Gas as a Tire man since 1972, retiring in 2005. He was a member of the Marlette Fire Department for twenty-seven years and also belonged to the Marlette Sportsman Association. Ronald loved his family, hunting deer and turkey, camping and watching his grandsons race cars.

He is survived by one son, Ronald (Pamela) Vincent Jr. of Gagetown; three daughters, Rhonda (Dale) Kaake of Cass City, Pamela King of Marlette, Michelle (Vernon) Clapsaddle of Marlette; one sister, Donna Spencer of Deford; eighteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren .

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; two brothers, Eugene and Don; two sisters, Barbara Price and Jenny Walker and one granddaughter, Christine.

A funeral service was held at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Marlette, with Pastor Don Broughton who officiated.

Burial was in the Marlette Cemetery.
