Milton Henry Bellamy, of the Plainview community, passed away August 4, 2021, at his home. Born November 23, 1943, in Carnesville, he was the son of the late Thomas Buren and Clarice Mize Bellamy. He was the brother of the late David Bellamy and Thomas Roger Bellamy, and brother-in-law of Max Lewallen.

He retired from the Georgia Department of Labor after 34 years. He lived in Austell, Georgia for 47 years and had lived in Franklin County the past 15. He was an avid clock maker and enjoyed repairing antique clocks. He was a member of Bold Spring United Methodist Church.

He is survived by Sylvia Hall Bellamy his wife of 54 years; daughter Pam Bellamy of Buford; brother and sister-in-law Wilton C. and Brenda Bellamy, Carnesville; sisters Jeanette Lewallen, Carnesville, and Wanda and Tom Watts, Warner Robins, GA; nieces and nephews.

Services were held at the Bold Spring United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jacqueline Ratliff and Rev. Ross Wheeler officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville was in charge of arrangements.
