Ida Gail Spencer, 71, of Highland Heights, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital East. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Elbert H. Spicer, died in 1981. Survivors include a son, George E. Spicer of Highland Heights; a sister, Margaret Spicer of Franklin, Ohio; and brothers, Arnold Raleigh of Ft. Thomas, Beckham Raleigh of Grants Lick, Earl Raleigh of Carlisle, Ohio, and Walter Raleigh of Kentucky. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. Visitation will be there from 5 to 8 tonight. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate.
