Born in 1919, Jessie was the daughter of the late Alfonso and Lucilla (Bortolini) Marchetti and was educated in Haverhill schools.
She was the devoted wife of the late William A. Conte who died in 1993. Jessie was a remarkable cook who often made elaborate meals from scratch. She loved to read, sew, and crochet.
She enjoyed watching Boston sports teams, and summers at the beach with her family. Jessie will forever be in the hearts of those who loved her and she will be remembered for her enduring inner strength, and gentle spirit.
