Oda Crockett
Liberty - Oda Crockett, 86, of Casey Creek died Thursday at Woodford County Hospital in Versailles after a long illness.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the Little Vine Primitive Baptist Church. Born April 4, 1897, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Dock and Susan Taylor Crockett.
Survivors include two daughters, Visa McMillan of Columbus, Ind., and Mildred Shell of Lawrenceburg; four sons, Raymond Crockett of Casey Creek, Alton Crockett of Shepherdsville, Gilbert Crockett of Liberty and Hubert Crockett of Cincinnati; a sister, Clarcia Mills of Liberty and a brother, Clonnie Crockett of Somerset.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Paul Davis officiation. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
Visitation is after 2 p.m. today
