Veteran Engineer Dies Unexpectedly

Havre, Nov. 9--David Killam, Great Northern engineer, died at 2 a.m. Saturday at his home at 1206 Second street, from heart disease, death coming most unexpectedly.
David Killam was born Jan. 21, 1886, in Illinois, the son of John Killam. He came to Havre in 1899 and has been employed by the Great Northern for the past 35 years as a locomotive engineer.
