He married Gertrude Belle McCleary 3-10-1914 and had one son, Albert William. After Gertrude died, he married Ruby Edith Gray Odaffer. He died 10-18-1992 in Clinton, Dewitt Co., Illinois.
He had one sister, Lillie Mae (married Fred Brennan) , one brother, Franklin Raymond, half-brother Sherman Everett, step-sister Geneva A Bailey, and step-brother Charles Adam Bailey.
