Jim was born on January 2, 1938 in Orlando, Florida to the late James Foster and Edith (Smith) Phillips, Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Jim retired from Century Link (formerly Winter Park Telephone Co.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Maxcine Phillips; daughters, Susan Stevens, Donna and Deborah Phillips, Cynthia Harper and Pamela Phillips; sister, Patricia Lynch; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 12 noon, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park.
