Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Harbin who passed away suddenly on April 14th at the home of Jim McClain in Duck Hill were held on April 15th at 4 o'clock at Prospect Baptist Church with Rev. J. M. Metts conducting the services. Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of Lee Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were John T. Fox, L. B. Fox, B. L. Fox, T. E. Turner, L. T. Turner and Milford Turner.
Mrs. Harbin, 88, was born in Carroll County on January 16, 1862. She was a member of the Prospect Baptist Church.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Jim McClain and Mrs. S. H. Thomas, both of Duck Hill, Mrs. T. B. Fox, Mrs. J. T. Lemly, and Mrs. S. M. Corder, all of Carrollton, two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Vance of Oxford and Mrs. Mildred Taylor of Grenada, and one brother, Rev. J. L. Lott of Grenada.
