Ramey officiated at the services at the Granger Baptist Church. The Odd Fellow's Lodge of Austin conducted graveside services at the Granger City Cemetery. Fulcher is survived by a son, John T. Fulcher of Austin, a daughter, Mrs. Edgar Brown of Hasty, Ark. and a sister, Mrs. Rosa Roberson of Elgin.
