Daniel Paul Ahern, 63, passed away on July 11, 2021.

Daniel P. Ahern was born in Omaha Nebraska in 1958 and migrated to Weatherford Texas in 1960 with his parents and siblings. He attended Weatherford schools until a brief period during the mid-70s where he and his brothers moved to the Middle East along with their parents while his father was stationed in Iran. They returned to the United States and Danny graduated from Weatherford High School in 1976. He laid concrete all his adult life and was an accomplished master finisher.

Danny Ahern was a fun-loving person. He was a joy to be around, always happy, and always trying to help someone. He loved his family more than anything. Danny was a simple man always living in the moment. He was always able to make people laugh no matter the audience. He would be the first to tell you he had made some mistakes in his life, but he was certainly trying to make up for lost time with his family this past year and a half. However, God called him home to be an angel in heaven.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Vicky Ahern and his oldest brother John Michael. He is survived by his wife Cindy, children Amanda and Leth & wife Channing, siblings Scotty Ahern, Brian & wife Sherrie Ahern, Kathy & husband David Soto, and Kristy & husband Mark Browning, 2 grandchildren and many friends. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
