Carolyn Jean Lynch, age 57, of Shelbyille, passed from this life Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Vanderbilt-Tullahoma Hospital after an extended illness.
Born February 6, 1964, in Murfreesboro, she was the daughter of the late Charlie, Jr. and Eva Jean Swaner Jones. She was preceded in death by; husband, Thomas Jason Lynch; granddaughter; Totiana Marshall; and brothers, Charles William and Charlie Jake Jones.
Carolyn was a faithful and active member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, and in her free time she loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include: children, William (Adrienne) Marshall of Pennsylvania, Jeanny Lynch of Shelbyville, and Ethan Fiske-Lynch of Shelbyville; grandchildren De'Qwan Lynch, Tre'Von Hathaway & Maskya Marshall; sister, Linda (Billy) Goodson of Murfreesboro, and many nephews, nieces and great nephews & nieces.
Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Pastor Steven Reeves officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to funeral service starting at 1:30 p.m. at the church.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Doak-Howell Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
