Ruth H. Gertsch, 84, St. Joseph, Mo., whose husband was a native of Oshkosh, died in St. Joseph Thursday afternoon.
She was born April 29, 1900, in Trenton, Mo., the daughter of Walter Logan and Rosa Deskins Tallman. She married Emil Gertsch. He died July 21, 1982.
Mrs. Gertsch was a retired practical nurse and a member of the Edelweiss Society of the St. Joseph Swiss Lodge, Ideal Rebekah Lodge, and Radiant Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services will be held Monday in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh. Meierhoffer-Fleeman Funeral Home, St. Joseph, and Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, Oshkosh, are in charge of arrangements.
