Bonetha Louise Williams, 96, formerly of 1608 E. Clinton St., died at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 30, 2007, at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospice, Indianapolis.

Mrs. Williams was a 1929 graduate of Lebanon High School. She was a homemaker and worked at F.W. Woolworths, the Red Cross office at the courthouse, Forlow Travel Service and USCHO. She was a member of the Eastside Christian Church. She also played piano and gave lessons.

Mrs. Williams was born Feb. 16, 1911, in Boone County to Joel and Nora Pearl Newman Adams. She married Willard A. Williams on Oct. 19, 1930, in Zionsville and he died Aug. 13, 1988.

Surviving are two sons, Dwight J. (Carolyn) of Carmel and Carroll E. (Judy) of Delphos, Ohio; a brother, Marion (Melba) Adams of Lebanon; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Two daughters, Jeralyn Harper in 2000 and Virginia Garrison in 2005, and four brothers preceded her in death.
