Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park, Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ronald "Buddy" Norred; son-in-law, Robert Jacks; sister, Charlene Crew; and parents, Floyd and Fannie Crew.
Delicee is survived by her daughter, Debra Norred-Jacks; son, Ronald "Sonny" C. Norred, Jr. and his wife Gay Norred; granddaughters, Taylor Norred and Ashley Norred; and second daughter, Shannon Meadows.
Delicee loved the good Lord and Swartz Baptist Church, where she was a member for over 60 years. She loved her family, Hallmark Movies, and reading.
